fitness or fat burn

hi could any one help . i am 20 stone in weight and have be on this site now two week . i go to gym twice aweek for 45 mins each time. and go on my treadmill at home about 4 times aweek . i wear a heart monitor polar ft7 should i be trying to burnt fat or working on fitness. i am getting fitter i can feel it and can go longer .

    Keep at it and do both.
    There will come a point when you have no fat left to burn believe me
    it gets easier

    You will lose weight and get fitter whatever you do! You are doing really well going to the gym and exercising more. My advice (based purely on my own experience) would be to go into it slowly and build up your stamina and fitness, I think sometimes we go too hard to start with then it puts us off! So you could start doing the fat burn profile for a month, then change it to the fitness one?!

    Ignore the zones thing on your HRM. Zone training has been debunked. Just get in a good workout and you will burn calories and fat.
