Just want to see what u guys thought about this new phase im going to start with my diet. I recently hurt myself at the gym and will have to sit out for a couple of weeks. I also seem to be stuck and have decided to stop my carb intake or at least lower it about 1/4 of what im eating now. How bad is it to eat low calorie low carbs or is that what i should have been doing since the begining? Also, will this allow me to continue on shedding this fat without exercise? :S

Hope it works, because I'm trying it too, temporarily. I have a stress fracture in my ankle, so no more cardio for a while. I am lifting still, and am trying low LOW carb to see if it jump starts my weight loss.
