Which exercise is like 'labour' to you - never again but..

Mine is the kettlebell workout I do. It kills me each time and I think, "I'm never going to do this again", but just like labour (child birth), once it's over, I can't wait to get stuck in again

Distance running - the dullest exercise known to (this) man.
Made myself do some 5k runs (mainly for the free beer tent) but hated every minute.

Treadmill. I can happily walk outside for hours but 30 seconds on a treadmill, I'm done.

I so agree with this! I hate running! I've done some 10km fun runs, but I hated every moment of it. Never doing that again!

    Strength training.

I don't like discomfort. It's not something I enjoy AT ALL. The only motivation I have is seeing my body get closer to where I want it to be. Otherwise F that.

Cardio, I can handle. I love cardio. I can run until the cows come home. I ran over 250 miles in one month last year.

Press ups, of any kind. They do not really get any easier, I feel uncoordinated and ungainly. as my posture never feels right!

i know..i could walk for at least 2-4 hours hiking or whatever, no prob, but 30 minutes on the treadmill is torturous  maybe its because you arent out, or getting anywhere..luckily, to make it a little bit easier, i turn on the tv
