New-ish & introducing myself

I've been on MFP for a while now to track my calories, but I go on and off the forums/community part of it! Since I've been poking around here lately thought I should say hello and introduce myself!

I'm looking for motivation and food ideas! I really enjoy cooking, although I don't always have time to. :( I am vegetarian/pescetarian (I am picky picky with the seafood though!), I'm also lactose intolerant. I went almost entirely vegan a while back and then when I tried to add dairy back my body said no way! I eat eggs, but try to reduce my consumption of them. I really try to eat whole foods, avoid too much processed stuff and chemicals... but I'm not looking for a super restrictive diet. I have a sensitive stomach & I've narrowed down a few things I need to avoid/reduce, but I'm still working on it.

My main weight loss roadblocks seem to be ... I'm always hungry!!!!!!!!! According to my calculations i eat enough protein too so I just don't get it. I also need to stop snacking and drinking wine... vegging out in front of the tv after an exhausting day. In the nice weather we'll go for walks at night and hiking on the weekends... but now when it's cold... I can't motivate myself to do diddly squat!

Anyway, hoping by talking about it with people, I'll be more motivated! I look forward to talking to everyone. Also, feel free to add me if you want.
