To plug onto another post...How much sleep is needed?

I guess it may depend on ther person and his/her biology, but what do you all think is 4hrs enough, 6hrs, 8hrs, 10hrs? Which one would be optimal?

    It really depends on the person. Average I would say is 8, I always aim for 8 hours and if I can get it that's what works best! Ideally I would love to sleep for 10 hahah
