NEED HELP!!!!!!

hey guys I'm going out of town in 2 weeks and need help shedding these last few pounds. I have a caloric allotment of 1200 and I workout atleast 1hr 3 times per week. Any suggestions on what I can do that will work fast?

    Ther's no magic bullet. Eat healthily, eat enough to fuel your workouts, and continue to work out.
  • Jen is right, all you can do is just stick with your workout and a good diet. If I may, I would suggest changing your workout every 6 months or so. I know they say about every two months, but with every 6 then it keeps you from having to find new routines so often.This will keep your musles form getting stagnet and use to repatition. Two good sites for new routines and nutrition are bodybuilding.com and acefitness.org. They are free sites with tons of info and routines, just find the one that's right for you.
