Please help! How many calories do you think this is?

I'm having it for lunch and would like to at least ball park it. Any experts here who can venture a guess?

It is cumin lamb over hand-ripped noodle in hot chili oil.

Here's a recipe for it (or at least super close)

You can add it to recipe database and get a ballpark.

Thank you, but this is almost impossible -- I hate it when measurements are given in cups.... why can't they use grams, that makes things so much simpler.

I'll try another way. Maybe comparing it to something. Like would it be more or less calories than PF Changs Lo Main with pork that is 900 calories? Or perhaps some other similar dish from a chain store that has calorie info available?

Breaking your meal apart and searching in the Food Database here, I came up with these:

    Chinese Cumin Lamb 1 serving
    Calories: 380
    Total Fat: 20
    Cholesterol: 71
    Sodium: 1907
    Carbs: 22
    Protein: 27

    Prosperity - Hand-Pulled Noodle 1 Block
    Calories: 90
    Fat: 2
    Cholesterol: 5
    Sodium: 100
    Carbs: 15
    fiber: 1
    Protein: 3

Generic - sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp
    Calories: 5
    Sodium: 100
    Carb: 1
    sugar: 1

Depends on volume of what is in front of you, and obviously this is a guess since we don't know what it actually in it.

    Hmmm. What is "1 block"?

I'll just randomly plump it down at 900 I guess.
