ok so i didn't make it to the track today what is your take on running in place alternating knee highs and butt kicks for 45 minutes.

    you were moving right?! If you weren't pushing it, I'd call it light/moderate aerobic exercise and call it good... it will have burned more calories than you think.
  • it's all about getting your heart rate up and burning calories..however you do it!!! Kick it out girl!!
