MENU PLANING...HELP

Hello my Luvs,

I'm menu planning for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do you mind recommending some good, low calorie foods to eat?! I am ONLY allowed 1,200 calories a day.

Thank you soooooo much! :flowerforyou:

I would focus more on finding high protein foods and veggies and if you go over a little eating those two, it won't be as bad as going over eating other carby foods.

Can you be a bit more specific? You question is a bit general...

Are you cooking just for you or for others as well?
How much do you like to cook? Are you just learning for the first time?
What are your favorite and least favorite foods?
Do you cook and eat all of your meals at home or are some more for on the go?
Which meal do you prefer to be your largest and smallest? Or do you prefer equal size meals?
What sort of budget are you on?
What foods are already in your kitchen or pantry?
