Anyone read this? Did you love it/ hate it...?

I am going to buy this next week (if it's worth it) and was wondering if it was worth it. I am sick of wasting time "toning" my arms and seeing NO results. I was hoping this book would enlighten me.

I would love to hear your opionions. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

I think there's a NROLFW group here. I have not read it, but I have heard positive things.

Buy it! I read the whole thing in one sitting. It's easy to understand, amusing, and very informative. It (and starting with weights) will empower you in ways you can't imagine.

Stronglifts 5x5 is also a simple (but FAR from easy) strength training program.

Read it, have been doing the program for 3 weeks. My body is changing in ways that it didn't change in 13 months of Jillian Michaels.

Stronglifts I looked at too and that would give results as well. What I liked about NROL4W is that it addresses women's concerns specifically.
