Ok so I started doing various work outs and dieting. I’m not a gym rat nor do I starve myself. I just watch what I eat and keep track of it. I just recently started to have this intense pain right under the nipple, above the stomach, and it runs across back and forth for a few minutes. It is a sweet, annoying, and slightly painful feeling. I normally only get the feeling right after I have had too much sugar, but that is the not problem.
For the past 2 nights its woken me up, and I just lay in bed for a few minutes rolling back and forth until it is gone. On Tuesday, I got it at work and I was on my knees, in the restroom, and I broke a cold sweat. It has been almost a week, it is getting slightly longer, and the timing is unpredictable.

Has anyone had this feeling before? Any advice? Besides the obvious go see the doctor (if I had one LOL  )

    Doctor...

I don't have a doc either - I do not go to doctors unless there is a need and you sound like you need to.

Absolutely a Doctor, or Emergency Care, or Hospital.......... Doesn't sound like anything to be flippant about

Ummm sounds like it could be your gallbladder or something. Go to the doc.

Note: I'm not a doc, but I DID stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Please make a doctor appointment today. Could be nothing...could be serious. Best to find out immediately.

My first throught was gall bladder or pancreatits. Go see a doctor now.

I had what I think was pancreatitis years ago. I would get these horrible aches under my ribs that seemed to come out of nowhere. They would come in waves (like contractions almost - I could time them) and they were so bad I felt like I was blacking out during each "contraction."

At the time, I was in law school and the Dr told me that I needed to change my diet. He also said that a lot of new moms get this kind of pain from carrying a heavy load on one side of their bodies (like I was with my books/laptop.etc).

Anyway, just wanted to give you my experience. I think you should see a Dr ASAP.
