hey guys! JW how anyone who has started this trackst eh workouts...today is the "fitness test" but I heard it's still about 30 minutes... idk whether to mark it as "high aerobic"? I'm 5'3" 135lbs wondering if there was a site or if anyone knew how to mark it down in my exercise diary. thanks!!! Wish me luck eek
