Gone off track, Starting fresh today.

Hi,
I started my weight-loss journey in June 2012. It went well for a few months. I lost 5-7 lbs every month. I went from 187 to 172 in three months. I felt great, wanted to keep going.
Then I went on a vacation in October and things began to go downhill since then.
Then I had to study for some tests and had some other family issues that stressed me out a lot. I stopped doing my workouts.
And today I am at 188 lbs, more than where I started. I want to get back on track again. I have started doing my workouts but I need to start eating healthy.
I want to at least workout for 1 hour a day, no matter how busy.
