does anyone use home made remedy's for weight loss

i just wanted to ask some of you if you use any home made remedy's which could help you loose weight., if so, do they helps you?
i have recently started making one at home which i found on the internet, i've used it for a while so if this really helps i will hopefully write the Recipe.
pls if you know any remedy's could you please answer my question and give me the Recipe?. Would love to hear from you.
