So currently I'm 5' 3" and 141 lbs. My daily calories without exercise is set at 1200. I'm just wondering if anyone can give me some advice or whether or not I should be eating the additional calories the tracker gives me from exercise. Without them, I feel hungry but with I'm wondering if I will still lose weight.

Yes, eat them back, if not daily at least weekly.0

Well, MFP is giving you the calories, eat 'em. Also take the 1200 kcals with a grain of salt. You should lose body fat on that, but don't feel you have to stick to it every day. You want your body guessing all the time and if you stick to the same diet and same exercises every day, it adjusts. Nice to have a day or two/week where you meet or exceed your NORMAL daily kcal needs0

I asked my Doc about this last night. Of course I've got a LOT more to lose than you do, but he told me that 1200 calories isn't enough if I'm adding exercise and to be sure and eat back most of my exercise calories.0
