I feel tired few days before and during. I exercised yesterday and felt sore so much, like never before, and I've worked longer and harder just few days ago. So today IT began.... my little nightmare, which explains why I felt so miserable yesterday.

I walked for 2 hours today, fast fast fast! And that would be the end of my exercise routine for the next 5-6 days. I must give up on the exercise because:

    1. I feel bloated and like crap!
    2. I'm in a lousy mood, feel like arguing all the time!
    3. I'm so sore! :explode:
    4. I have heavy flows, like really bad ones, headaches too, pain in my lower belly-it hurts that sometimes I can't get out of bed. :grumble:

I'm on MFP since Feb 2nd, and 2 weeks prior I stopped eating sweets, bread and stuff like that. I exercise every other day. The GOOD, no AMAZING thing is: I had a craving 2-3 days ago, and ate 1 extra sweet tangerine, and 1 tsp of honey (all within my calories, and I eat clean during the day), and the craving was GONE!

If you don't feel like exercising, then don't.... If you want to eat something sweet, eat SOME. And don't feel guilty. One chocolate bar won't make you gain 10 pounds, nor will you lose muscles....:drinker:

    Awesome tips!

I feel it too :grumble: Cranky/tired/hungry/carb begger....it has gotten way worse since I started working out but I think it's because I was eating the junk all the time anyway so I didn't notice it much before.... But I'm with ya! I just give in a little bit but still make myself go to the gym.

:grumble: I feel like a grandmother because I literally can't move my but or my feet - can't even think of an exercise regime this week..........

    but it will pass

just don't feel bad if you skip a day at the gym, or eat something you shouldn't. It's NOT the end of the world. You've ALL worked so hard so far, one day won't throw all that away.....

I have no motivation either. I feel sluggish, hungrier than usual and moody. However, to keep myself from being sluggish I tend to drink black coffee. As well as hydrating me, the caffeine is giving me a little kick up the backside and I feel more motivated to go to work, complete my day at work and then go and work out. I have found, as a lot of other women have too - is that if you work out - it will ease your cramps, and once you're done - you'll feel GREAT, even more than when you feel great after a normal workout without your ToM!

To combat cravings, I tend to go for a fruity option, cup of tea with a tiny bit of milk, low calorie hot chocolate, or unfortunately, diet coke. As long as you're within your calories, I don't see why you shouldn't have a bit of chocolate or anything sweet! Or, just forget about your calories for one day, have that nice thing (so you're not depriving yourself) and feel much better! Just don't pig out!

I play "mind games' with myself when I lack motivation ... i.e. - I'll walk for just ten minutes -- and then I end up doing more. For me, it's hard to get my mind set to START, but when I do, I just keep going. Hope this makes sense.

    You're not alone!
