What do you do when you are sick?

For me, if I feel like crap, I don't work out. If I can run, I try that. If it's a cold in my lungs, I just wait it out.

My YMCA isn't always the cleanest and I've gotten sick a few times after working out there. Always the same cold. It's one of those with a cough, significant nasal congestion, and minor aches and pains. It won't kill me, but it kills my workouts.

What do you do?

    I'm sick right now with a cold. I've only managed to do some walking. Really, I think you should just eat clean, and rest. You may prolong it by trying to do too much.
