Cauliflower Crusts

I want pizza so bad tonight!! I am fighting every craving right now to go to pizza inn tonight and gorge on pepperoni and jalapeno pizza. I have seen the cauliflower crusts on pinterest and I think that I am going to try it tonight since I have all of the ingredients in my house. Has anyone ever tried it? What did you think?

    I have yet to do this, but it is on my list. I just made cauliflower "rice", but my goal was to make them seem like mashed potatoes. I did not put them in the blender, which is probably why it did not have that consistency. It seems to take on the form of whatever youre substituting it for... probably a mental thing. Try it out and let me know!
