Well I have been working hard. After years of being overweight I am finally seeing the difference and the weight is staying away. I hit my highest at 265 then I dropped to 259 and then I decided I needed help. I got the lab band put in 10/5/09 and it has been a blessing. It isn't a quick fix but a tool that I have been using to help me in my battle against the bulge!
To date I have lost 64 lbs and I now have 20 more pounds to go. I put these pics together to compare and wow. Thank you for all the encouragement from the many folks here and especially from my husband and kids.
