P90X Results and Recovery Formula Help

My diary is open for you to check out. I'm confused, I'm doing well with my macros but if I add the P90X results and recovery formula in my diary it puts me WAY over my macros and calories. What do I do? Help!!!!

    Are you using it after every workout? If you're only using it on the days when you feel totally wiped out, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I personally only use my recovery drink (low-fat chocolate milk) on resistance days.

    1. On days that you exercise, your calories to consume increase yet you aren't eating them like you're supposed to
    2. BB R&R formula is only 200 calories, and you have 300-500 leftover to eat on your workout days.
    3. For my money BB R&R formula is overpriced for what you get.

    I've looked at your diary for the past three days, and I don't understand how 200 calories would put you over when you're already undereating...
