question about TDEE and extra long workout

So i calculated my TDEE according for 5-6 hrs/week of strenuous exercise. i work out for an hour or more most days a week. on the weekend, i do a 4 hour bike ride (which burns around 2000 calories). i don't see me being happy just eating to the regular TDEE-20% i have calculated on that day (around 2100). i can eat half that much just during the ride. i'm wondering if i should change my TDEE just for that day? the scooby accurate calorie calculator just has one setting above the one i chose, which is 7-21 hrs/week of strenuous exercise/work. i didn't want to use this setting because i work a desk job.

i would say for the days that you work out more than usual, add a couple hundred more calories for your intake. you won't get boo'd by MFP if you go over your cals.0
