Hey everyone,
My name is Charles, 23, 279lbs. I kind of been here for only a week but been very consistent. I been reading a lot into the forums and am sort of inspired by a lot of people. I been using the blog feature a lot to kind of record my progress and kind of keep myself motivated when I don't feel like working out. I set a goal that I would go to the gym everyday and lose 400 calories. I been keeping that going for 7 days now and I want to keep it going. I am logged in everyday and love reading peoples diaries to get an idea on what to eat. I want to meet more people to build a stronger support group and be able to try to contribute. I been reading about dieting forever but I never have used it into practice so I kind of want to.
One of my ultimate goals is to shoot hoops once again on the court.
