    Me too - but I to try to keep bread at a minimum for special days like today - I had toasted cheese sandwich for lunch (used Ezekiel 4:9)

    I substitute spray butter for real butter.. but I like it and I don't wanna waste my calories eating butter when a sub works for me... but if you REALLY like it, portion it? I have a weakness for nutella, so I just cant keep it in the house. Sorry Kids!
