Im currently working out 3 times a week for my Rugby/Judo as well as cardio and trying to eat healthy at the same time. At the start of this week I started the new diet (actually just eating healthier and smarter) so just wondering if anyone has any tips?

what position do you play?
i played flanker and in offseason my coaches had me doing lots of oly lifts to gain strength, sprint and hill runs, plyometrics and circuit training style stuff that kept me strong, fast and powerful. on season it was more position specific drills and lifting to maintain strength and stamina i built during the offseason.
complexes are a good type of exercises that will help with strength and stamina:

I play winger. I would love to enjoy jogging but I really don't! At the minute I am am focusing on getting some weight off and building myself back up again. I have started using compound lifts into my routine to build a decent base strength but really need to include more cardio..0
