Does anybody use one of the weight scales that also provides body fat measurement by impedance? I've seen these at the store and wonder how accurate they are, does anyone have an insight here?

varies. Depends on the scale. They are all over the map. Did you have a specific scale in mind? We could probably look up that particular one for you.0

I own a digital fat caliper. Its inexpensive, easy, and will track 3 bodies! Gives you your report stats as well. I love it. Check it out

I got that one a while back and the measurements were pretty much in line with what I got from a personal trainer at the gym.
I know it's not the best thing out there, but it works for me.0
