So I want to cook up some turkey patties for the week, do you think they would last longer in the freezer? Than the night before I place them in the fridge? How long do you think they would last in the freezer already cooked?

If properly stored, meat can stay fresh for up to a year in the freezer. If not vacuum sealed, they will likely get freezer burn before that though. It really depends on how air tight the container in which they are sealed is.
They will definitely stay fresh longer in the freezer. They will only stay fresh for a few days in the fridge. Exactly how long will depend on the fridge settings and how often it's opened.0 -

Cook, wrap in Press N' Seal, store in a freezer bag in the freezer. Will easily last several weeks. Thaw overnight.
I store raw salmon filets this way for several months at a time.0
