lift heavy monday wednesday friday, run 2-3x a week on rest days that suit me0

i do zumba fitness dvds 6 days a week, sometimes i walk if the weather is nice, as for what doesnt work for me, going to the gym. i like to be alone when i exercise, helps me stay focused.i also dont like using machines because i get bored, i like zumba because its basically dancing, so its fun and doesnt feel like a typical workout.0

I do some cardio, like today I went for a hike and walked home from the lake. In summer I ride my bike up the local trails. I burn 500-1000 cals doing cardio, but it's not a regular thing.
I do some calisthenics at home, 2-5 times a week depending on energy levels. I do squats, leg curls, triceps extensions, chest flys, all kinds of things, I use weights ranging from a 10lb medicine ball(I've outgrown it but am having trouble finding a heavier one) to 30 pound dumbells. I would really like to lift heavy but I seriously injured my left arm years ago and it will never work at full capacity, so I do what I can and call it enough.0 -
I walk, swim, gym, play., umpire and coach netball, stationery bike, home gym, do floor-core and dance when I go out
I don't do videos because I live in an apartment with not much space, but I would. I used to train doing dance routines from movies like high school musical, step up etc.
I hate personal training sessions with a passion but ave several trainner friends who give me free advice
I prefer to work out alone with music, but netball has to be a team thing esp when i'm training my girls.0
