Why is there no entry in MFP for the perfect piece of crispy chicken skin that tears off a roasted bird fresh out of the oven? Today's chicken was perfectly brown, crispy seasoned, not soft fatty goop - in short, the BEST chicken skin I have ever made. I ate a huge piece while carefully cutting out the white meat for dinner tonight. mmmmmmmmm
