The One Minute Office Club

Started a new "club" at the office yesterday that is gaining momentum... Thought I would share it with you all...

For one minute every hour (we do it on the half hour), we do some kind of excercise. We put a bunch of office-friendly excercises in a bowl, and pick one out so that we are always mixing it up. Today we have done the stairs, wall push-ups, chair squats, sitting crunches, calf raises, lunges, and walked back and forth to another building on campus.

Its a great way to get a little bit of extra cardio or toning in your day, great stress relief, and a great break from the computer screen.
