Finished work so far...

Okay so I started out with No More trouble zones 2 days a week and Banish Fat boost metabolism 3 days a week, then after about a month and a half I started 30 Day Shred...this is my progress so far. I only managed to get a side shot so far.

My body fat percentage went from: 48.1% to 39.6%
Weight: 156.8 to 148.8

Measurements:
waist: 40.0 to 35.0
hips: 43.0 to 40.5
arms: 13 to 12.8
thighs: 23.5 to 22.5
chest: 36.5 to a 35.8

BMI: 28.7 to 27.2

I'm now starting ripped in 30 tonight :) then after I will find me something to try out.

    Great results!! Are those all Jillian Micheals workouts? I'm currently doing the 30 Day shred almost done level one.

    Wonderful! I just started her program Body Revolution. It's a 90-day program that I saw on Jillian Michael's infomercial. It's seems pretty good so far. Today was day 1.

    Yup her dvds! I love them but made my joints a little sore so I took breaks every few days or so, my last part of 30 day shred got into nearly a month because of my schedule but it gave me great results!
