Mine wont calibrate i got the glass one could anyone help me out? it turns on but it wont move from 0.0

    I just picked up an eat smart kitchen scale and it seems to work perfectly so far. Is it on a flat surface? What are you trying to weigh?

    Call them. I heard they have decent customer service. I have the precision elite and love it.
