What's the best cleansing brand?

I would really like to do a cleanse, can somebody tell me the best brand? There is so many products and mix reviews so I don't know which one to go with. I have tried a product called The cleaner, but i'm not sure if it really worked for me.

I juice a lot of my veggies because I don't like "eating" them. Actually, I just use a blender, but that way, I get to keep all the good fiber from them.

Most cleanses you find in the store include: fibre and laxatives (often in the form of senna tea). Seriously.

Maybe some herbal stuff but save your money. Eat lots of fruits, veggies and water. And ground flaxmeal also helps. But cleansing systems are just overpriced poop kits.

Step 2 : Wait for nature to take it's course.
Step 3 : Retrieve originally swallowed end of string.
Step 4 : Digestive system floss!


Seriously though, stop eating processed food. Start eating fresh food - whole, chopped, blended, juiced, whatever works for you. Drink adequate amounts of water. It's that easy.

Seriously though, stop eating processed food. Start eating fresh food - whole, chopped, blended, juiced, whatever works for you. Drink adequate amounts of water. It's that easy.

Genius! You could market that and make a fortune (put in the aisle next to coffee enemas, slimming tea, candida cleanse diets, raspberry ketones, hoodia, 1200 calories a day... etc etc).

Didn't work for me, lol.
I downed a bag of prunes and 200g of almonds the other night and still strained.
Maybe it was the choice of nut.
