Seeking advice - toning thighs and midsection

Yep, I'm EveryGirl... I carry my extra weight in my midsection and my thighs. While i know I need to get this weight loss jumpstarted (cause nothing is going away, but that's a separate post) to make the fat go away, does anyone have any ideas on exercises that can tone the thighs so they will be good looking when the fat does start to fall off?

    My trainer calls them sumo squats with weight. Your toes are pointed to the side with your feet spread further than your shoulders. Hold a weight in your hands and squat. Try to touch the floor with the weight while squatting.
  • you can go on YouTube and watch blogilates. Cassey has different workouts for everything and they hurrrt. They're really good should check it out.
