Valid 'b**ch' or pet peeve

I am torn with my topic. Kudos for everyone on here looking for support to lose weight. I am glad for my friends and the support/encouragement I've received and I love being a cheerleader for them too. However, I really struggle with offering "great job" or "good eating today" comments when they are eating way under 1,000 calories. I am all about doing this whole process the smart and healthy. UGH. Curious if I am just a ***** about the topic or a if it is a valid pet peeve.
