Older, but a lot wiser!

Hi, everyone! I had been on MFP for a couple of years, then slid backwards. Joined WW AGAIN and have had some success with it. The biggest thing it has taught me is eating more veggies and fruits. Now that I've got the healthier food in my everyday routine, getting a lot more exercise, and a friend who posts on WW invited me back to MFP, I have returned. I'm 61, love life, enjoy riding Spyders with my hubby. Glad to be back!
