I would suggest seeing a dr. or dietician. You eat to prevent hunger.. so you should have snacks during the day..even if you aren't hungry. Food is fuel.

Also... losing weight doesn't happen by 'dieting'. You have to make a life style change.

Eating without being hungry isn't necessarily "OK" but it is something that nearly everyone does from time to time. If your overall eating plan is healthy, it isn't going to hurt you.

Don't self-diagnose on the internet. Seriously. If you are concerned that you have an unhealthy relationship with food, talk to your doctor about getting some professional help, but don't fly into a panic based on a list of symptoms online.

Dr Google is the devil. If you are worried about your eating talk to a doctor or a dietician.

the devil is in the detail..you use language like the word 'diet', so you want to do things you shouldn't be doing..ie. eating more than you should/need.

we all fall on this sword. you are taking great first steps to understand and develop a healthy relationship with food. dont think of it as a 'diet'...treat it as a lifestyle with wonderful rewards.
