I am a personal trainer and nutrtional advisor.....however
I found this tool on my iphone.....and figured that id give it a try as an awareness tool for my clients...i thought id give it a try and then recommend it to clients.
As its a great tool for making you aware of how much youre eating.....
....ive developed a bit of an issue....and kinda need to have a word with myself....im becoming obsessed....
about 10 yrs ago....i developed an eating disorder....anorexia.....but then discovered the gym.....realised i could eat and exercise....great. It never reared its head really after that! and have since had a healthy relationship with food!
I decided to persue my love of fitness and train as a PT and with the course the nutrition came with it etc!!
Now im obsessed with what im eating....desperately trying not to go over my goal and when i do feel awful.....time! It also wasnt timed great as i gave up chocolate and sweets for lent....which is just after i started on here....and now im back on chocolate.....it terrifies me....i keep thinking where i can take food out and obsessively exercising myself......
Worst thing is i should know better......im a PT for christs sake!!!
