FAT!!!! poly & mono!

So, I keep going over on freaking Fat!
But I tried eating soo healthy today.
The fat is mainly polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat. But MFP doesn't seperate those. It just says, Fat.
I went over 11 today so far, mainly from an avocado, canola oil, and tilapia being the main culprits.
Should that matter since they are poly and mono and contain lots of omegas?

    No it's not a big deal. As long as you reach you calorie goal and eat healthy, you're on the right track.

    Fat doesn't make you fat, so you shouldn't worry too heavily about it (especially since yours is coming from excellent sources). Calories in vs calories out.
