Sugar Situation

How do people stay anywhere near their targets?!? Just two pieces of fruit seem to pretty much bring me to my suggest limit of 25 grams. Even without eating a single sugary junk food item like cookies, candy, ice cream, etc my total sugar is between 3 and four times the recommended amount. I know things like yogurt (even staying away from the yoplait type stuff) and dried fruit have a fair amount of sugar, but I'm struggling to find good choices that are palatable and don't have too many fake sugar chemicals. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
