    check the recipe section. Their are some great recipies on there. and most people give the nutritional info when they post a recipe

    I go on discoveryhealth.com alot, it gives you all of the recipes & nutritional info from the shows on their channel.

    recipezaar has nutritional facts along with its recipes. That is where I go to approximate things when I can't find the nutritional info otherwise.

    healthier_me contributes alot of great recipes on here and gets them from hungrygirl.com. I checked the website out and it is the bomb (do people still say that?).:laugh:
