Calculating Fats

Since I started MFP, I've been able to be under my daily fat by at least 1/2 each day. Should I also be including my omega's in my count? I eat lean cuts of meat, mostly 2 legged animals & fish so my levels of fat are very low.
It seems like MFP's numbers are based on a balanced diet but I'm trying to focus on a low carb - 30% carb - 40% fat - 30% protein diet. Let me know what you think & what do you include in your fat counts.

I love avocado as a way to get fats! Yesterday I ate a whole one (about the size of baseball).0
