What food?
Options
What are some foods that you like? I don't eat seafood or mayo. I need help with what I should eat to help with weightloss but still tastes fabulous. I drive an hour to school five days a week so I need easy to take lunches but also want meals for when I'm home.

I loathe mayo. That said, I eat a huge variety of foods. My diary is open and you're welcome to look. I indulge almost daily, and do a decent job of staying in my calories. My current go-to lunch if I'm in a rush is green giant steamers, it has broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce for 120 calories a container. I heat it up, then mix in chopped tomato and sandwich meat.0
