Accountability buddy!

Looking for people who have to lose 10-15lbs and want to stick with eating 1000-1200cals a day and only healthy food. And work out at least 4x a week.
That way we can all keep each other accountable and motivated! :-)

    Hi there, I would love to have an accountability buddy! I would like to lose a little more weight than that, but I am only allowed 1200 calories / day and can workout at least 4x/week. What sort of motivational techniques did you have in mind?

    Awesome! Well, I guess just making sure we are in track, and sending a message if we ever need support or are feeling tempted to eat unhealthily!
