I have been measuring my BF on my digital scales at home and Im not too sure whether I should take these numbers on board. My current weight is 149 with a BF of 33% but by neck circumference, wrist, blah blah my BF its much much lower.
What do you use to measure BF???
I dont go to the gym either. I do strength training with weights and cardio at home.

I've gone to have a DEXA test done a few times... it's about $100 each time. You can also do Bod Pod testing and it's pretty accurate.
To be honest, though, just look at the trend on your home BF monitor on your scale... and if you're comfy with the amount of fat on your body. You can also look at pictures that help give you an idea of different BF%s. Getting the specific % isn't totally necessary.0 -
Thank you. I came across another thread and it had images on it....I would say Im probably just under 30% which is not cool as the scales say that Im obese (BF measure) which I know I am not but still something to aim for...decreasing BF!! Thanks for your response.0
