I have chronic pain issues associated with a disability. I find that when I have a lot of pain and have taken all the pain medication I am allowed that I then turn to comfort food. And it is usually not the best food to eat (mostly SUGAR laden) Does anyone else have a similar problem, and how do you cope with it?

Can you swim? Swimming, even just moving around in a pool can help with pain.0

I had chronic pain for a period. I'm much improved now and no longer take meds. However, when it was at its worst, I know it sounds silly, but mediation really did help. (Also, I never gave up fighting to improve my relief from pain thru gradually increasing my workouts.)0
