Pretty much every day for me:

    Breakfast:

    2 whole eggs
    2 whites
1 100 calorie package of Wholly Guacamole
    4 tbsp salsa

Cooked in ghee or coconut oil, usually right around 500 calories total. I will occassionally add in some bacon or Canadian bacon to mix it up.

Lunch: home-made chili or stew. I use the recipe feature on the site to track calories per serving. Probably my favorite feature on MFP.

If I don't have home-made stuff available I grab a grilled chicken salad (no croutons) from a nearby sub shop.

    Small Breakfast:
    3/4 cup egg whites fried
    1 pc whole wheat toast
1 tbsp chive & onion cream cheese
1/2 oz sharp cheddar melted between the egg whites on the toast

    Big Breakfast:
    3-4 whole eggs
1oz sharp cheddar cheese melted on the eggs
2 pc whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp jam and 1/4 cup cottage cheese on each

    Lunch:
    1 can of tuna
    2 tbsp light mayo
8 Dill & Olive Oil Triscuit crackers
    Fruit

Those are some staples for me...

Today I had a shake (choc whey protein, banana, milk, peanut butter) for breakfast, and a Gyro platter for lunch.

Yesterday I had a cheese omelet and bacon for breakfast and ramen for lunch.
