Mexican Rice Dinner

Makes one serving

1/2 cup brown rice (makes 2/3 cup cooked)
1 half avacado
1/4 cup canned black or pinto beans
1-2 TBSP Salsa

Cooked rice according to packaging instructions. Once cooked, add in avacado, beans, and salsa. Enjoy!

Simple but very delicious and filling!
