My weight is 74 kgs or 160 lbs approx. It fluctuates between 73-75kgs and I work out 5-6 days a week and try to eat healthy. Although my weight is not budging but my body is changing. My waist and abs are tighter. My thighs are toned. Arms are slimmer. Some belly fat that I am planning to get rid of by April. So should I worry that my weight continues to remain the same?

Nope! As long as your inches are decreasing, your clothes are fitting better and you are feeling better - the number on those scales doesn't really matter. Weight picks up all your fluctuations and can really put you down! There are people on here who refuse to weigh their selves and literally only measure their selves!0
