I'm talking about the bridge pose, mostly done in yoga and other stretching exercises. Some people call it the crab too though. I went to gymnastics in my childhood and learned how to do it then and I can still do it today and I'm quite proud that I can still do it. However, over Xmas, one of my friends (who is quite a slim male) said that he was able to do it too and it wasn't that hard to do. What does everybody else think?
I'm proud that I can do it because it takes a fair bit of strength to push myself into that position and then hold it there and then come out of it slowly and controlled (i.e. without bumping my head on the ground and crumbling into a pile on the floor).
If you don't know what pose I mean, check out my photos - it's number 9 (the 3rd one on the second row).

i find it easy, i think it depends on the strength of your back and stomach muscles0

think it differs for people
personally it's an easy one for me(probably b/c I used to do it so much as a child in the playground...and my step-papa taught me !)
but I've always been scared I'll break my back one day !0 -
for me its very easy and thats probably because I've been doing yoga for five years.0

In gymnastics they called it a back bend and you got into it from a standing position. When I was a kid gymnastics was a huge thing and we all did backyard gymnastics. Haven't tried it in years, don't intend to. LOL!0
