I set myself a 15g sugar goal, but I keep going over because of how much fruit I eat. But that's good sugar, right? Should I stop eating so much? Help!!!!!! x

I have a similar problem. I didn't change my sugar goal from what it's automatically set at but I go over it every day without adding any sugar to my diet, just what's in fruit etc naturally...0

I don't eat sugar. However, fruit sugar does not count. I would use your sugar limit for refined added sugars, so fruit is fine
Just don't drink fruit juice because it offers no fiber and it goes straight to spiking your blood sugar levels.

Fructose from fruit will have relatively similar effects on the liver. So, don't go too crazy on fruits. 1,2 servings / day are fine though.0
